Contact
Send your enquiry below or call us directly — a named advisor will respond within one business day to discuss how we can assist.
The more context you share, the more useful our first conversation will be. For buyers, let us know the neighbourhoods you are considering, your approximate budget, the property type, and your target move-in date. For sellers, tell us the address, the approximate area in square metres, and whether the property is currently occupied. For rental and valuation enquiries, a brief description of the property and your intended purpose is sufficient to get started. If your situation is more complex — a portfolio, a development site, a relocation with multiple requirements — simply note that in the message and we will schedule a longer call at your convenience.

Answers to the questions our team receives most often before a first meeting.
In Brazil, real estate commission is conventionally paid by the seller. Buyers working with Naturecanvasv do not pay a separate buyer's fee. The total commission and its split are disclosed in writing at the outset of any instruction, so there are no surprises at closing.
From the signing of a preliminary contract (promessa de compra e venda) to the public deed (escritura) at the notary office, a cash transaction typically takes 30 to 60 days. Financed transactions through a Brazilian bank add 60 to 90 days for mortgage approval and property registry. We give clients a written timeline at the point of instruction.
Yes. Foreign nationals may purchase residential and commercial property in Brazil with a valid passport and a CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) registration. We work regularly with international buyers and can coordinate with CPF registration agents and bilingual legal advisors to streamline the process.
Yes. We provide a full remote landlord service covering tenant sourcing, lease administration, monthly rent collection, maintenance coordination, and annual property inspections. All reports are delivered digitally and are accessible regardless of where the landlord resides.
Whether you are six months from a decision or ready to move this week, an introductory call with a Naturecanvasv advisor will give you a clearer picture of your options.
